When the sales are coming fast and furious, Dave has a Secret Weapon to keep everything running smoothly. Executive Assistant Randi Clayton, has provided front-line support for 13 years and has been a licensed RE/MAX agent since January, 2006. That's important, because while it's Dave's name on the door, Randi is usually the first person you're going to speak to, and she manages the day-to-day operations of the office. Born in Vancouver, Randi moved to the Alberni Valley with her family after a number of years as a legal assistant at a major downtown law firm. Because of her legal background, she enjoys assisting clients through the legalese of the real estate process. She's known as the office tecchie, and like the entire Dave Koszegi team, strives to stay current on all the latest industry technology and trends.
Deb Burton, Unlicensed Assistant
When you list your home with Dave, it's Deb who takes care of all those little details that can make or break a sale. She'll set up the photo shoot, the newspaper ads and website listing, as well as coordinating all showings and monitoring the feedback from agents and clients. Deb's enthusiasm for her job shines through and is appreciated by clients.
Mark Andrade, The Sign Guy
Mark is the team member who makes all those For Sale and Sold signs magically appear and disappear. Signage is a key part of marketing your home, and if the job calls for some custom work, Mark, the Sign Guy, is the man who gets it done. After serving 7 years with the Toronto Police Department, Mark obtained his commercial pilot's license and spent 25 years as a bush pilot, flying in and out of Port Alberni. In addition to his sign duties, Mark works in property management.
