Camping In the Alberni Valley

One of our favourite childhood memories? Camping underneath the twinkling stars safe with our families; cosy in our flannel sleeping bags, tummies full of s’mores and overcooked hot-dogs. The nights were crisp, but our hearts were warm.

Does this bring any nostalgia back for you? It sure does for us!

Lucky for those who live here, Port Alberni is situated in the heart of Vancouver Island. Not only do we have easy access to mountains for hiking, biking and rock climbing as well as oceans and lakes for boating, fishing, stand up paddle boarding, and kayaking, but the Alberni Valley is also a prime spot for CAMPING!
